Master of Education
ONLINE COURSES
The Master of Education (M.Ed.) is a 30-hour professional program designed for working educators who wish to improve their instructional skills and knowledge while continuing to serve in their current ministry. Emphasis is placed on improving quality of instruction, assessment, and supervision based upon a thoroughly biblical philosophy of education.
Coursework is offered in a combination of 8-week and 16-week online courses. Students may begin the program at any time.

Students admitted into the Master of Education (M.Ed.) program must:
- Complete online application for acceptance
- Give a personal testimony of faith in Jesus Christ as Saviour
- Hold an undergraduate or graduate degree from a recognized institution
- Submit a pastoral recommendation
- Request an official transcript from the institution granting your undergraduate or graduate degree be sent to the Office of the Registrar for evaluation and approval prior to admittance
Students who complete the Master of Education (M.Ed.) program will be able to:
- Articulate an educational philosophy based upon a biblical foundation with knowledge of the historical and philosophical frameworks that underlie American education
- Evaluate current educational research with an understanding of educational research philosophies, concepts, and procedures
- Design and select a variety of instructional strategies and learning assessments based on sound practices and the individual needs and level of the learner
