Student Records Policy

The Crown College of the Bible maintains appropriate educational records for each student and assures the confidentiality of such records in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974. Student records are confidential and will be released to persons outside the college only upon the written request of the student. Items considered directory-type information are generally considered open to public inquiry. The Office of the Registrar maintains a list of those facts considered directory-type information.

How to Request a Transcript

Transcript services are provided for current and former students through partnership with National Student Clearinghouse. Transcripts are available by mail, in-person pickup, or secure digital format. All transcript requests are made through the National Student Clearinghouse website. The processing fee for an official transcript is $12.50 for mailed or in-person pickup. If you select to receive a secure digital PDF copy, an additional $1.00 fee will be added to your order. All fees are paid within the NSC website.

  • Please allow one week for processing of a transcript once a request has been received.
  • After 30 days, a transcript will expire, and a new request must be submitted.
  • A separate transcript request and payment must be completed for each official transcript delivered to a different recipient.
  • A transcript request cannot be processed if a financial or academic hold exists on your account. Contact the Finance Office for questions concerning financial accounts. Contact the Registrar for academic questions.
Enrollment Verification

Enrollment verification can be obtained from the Office of the Registrar. You may call 865.938.8186, come to the office in person or e-mail [email protected] to request enrollment verification. Please supply the student name, social security number, semester(s) needed for verification and the address or fax number to which we should send the verification. If applicable, please also reference any policy information we may need to include as identification to your insurance company. We will process your request as quickly as possible; however, we ask that you provide 48 hours notice.
